Verification of Consignment
Verification of the consignment shall be carried out as per the purchase order or contract, ensuring that the quality (specifications) and quantity of the materials supplied conform to the agreed requirements.
This process includes checking that:
- The items delivered match the order specifications (type, grade, and quality).
- The quantity received corresponds to the ordered quantity.
- The overall condition of the consignment is acceptable and free from damage or deviation.
- The condition verification / premises verification about GMP, GHP in which the products is manufactured.
