Objectives (YEAR 2025-26)

a. Provide Inspection/ Audit within the agreed time norms Considering Statutory and Regulatory requirement.
b. Provide regular training to the concerned personnel, Inspector/ Auditors and technical experts for updating their knowledge.
c. Regularly obtain feedback from the customer. Analyze such feedback and take appropriate actions for improvement & Achieve Customer Satisfaction.
d. Maintain competence/ accuracy/ corrections of information relating to the Inspection/ Audit/Audits as carried out.
